How are the covenants enforced?
When issues arise regarding the possible violation of covenants, the board works to find a mutually agreeable solution. If a matter cannot be resolved, the board may levy financial penalties or pursue legal action to enforce the covenants, when it feels that such an action is in the best interest of the association as a whole.
