When are the billings sent out?
Domestic water service and the association dues are billed bi-monthly. Invoices are generated at the end of each 2 month billing cycle, with payment due in 30 days.
What do the association dues and water fees cover?
The association dues are assessed in order to covers the costs of road maintenance, snow plowing, legal and business expenses, and other association expenses. Water fees are charged to cover costs to operate and maintain our water system.
Information regarding the current finances of the association can be obtained from the Secretary/Treasurer.
